Xenical is a medicine prescribed for weight loss treatment. It belongs to the group of lipase inhibitors. It works directly in the stomach and doesn't influence the hormonal balance in the brain. Take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time of the next intake just skip it and go back to your schedule.
